Expert Security Services can provide an unarmed or armed officer at a specific site, or patrolling your property in a vehicle or on foot. The officer will be certified through the Maryland State Police as a security officer and will have been through an on-site training session so that he/she understands the requirements of the assignment.

The officer also will understand the policy and procedures of ESS and will have been through the initial phase or fully completed the ESS training program. ESS management officials create a written list of post orders for each site.

ESS takes great pride in selecting only the most qualified guards for their clients. All ESS employees undergo a full scale training program. The program involves a combination of both classroom activities and on-site sessions. ESS will not send a officer to a site if said guard has not been properly trained for the location. ESS managment will continue to train officers throughout his/her time on and off site.
